- Original artworks & prints: Please allow 3–10 business days for preparation and dispatch. Larger works may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Australia:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
International:
- Standard international shipping: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.
Packaging
Each artwork is packaged with care to preserve its quality and integrity.
- Original works are securely wrapped and boxed
- Prints are shipped in protective tubes or flat packaging
- Framed or large-scale works may be shipped via specialist couriers
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Delays
While every effort is made to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
